I came for my free oil change. I was disturbed and angry when the young man at the desk said that in order to get the free oil change I would have to purchase several things - spa I was disturbed and angry when the young man at the desk said that in order to get the free oil change I would have to purchase several things - spark plugs, tires, engine air filter, cabin air filter ... I said no. It should be free with no conditions. I have purchased your battery but not tires. I purchased nothing at this time. I will review the contract on what has to be done for a vehicle with 32,000 miles. More
