I established and acknowledged I have a warranty and likely will be a covered repair. After a 2.5hr wait I received a phone call and no recorded video (of which they told me would be performed) with shifty results. I am in the facility waiting room and they called my phone instead of coming to face me with diagnosis and repair. The result was repair not covered because of “rust on window motor I then was told I had a $225 diagnostic cost. Repair would be estimated at $1500. Very poor communication and customer service. Spent 12noon to 3pm and had 0 interactions. I did speak with other customers who were having similar experiences. A full house of customers, I suspect they didn’t want another negative visual result. Once I denied the repair they continue onward with the shuffle you out the door. All pie in the sky when you are purchasing, but when you are now in for service they find you to be a bother and that you have an “old car”. Disgusted. More
For this 2021 RAV4 Prime, I received only one electronic key instead of the normal 2 keys. After paying more then $42,000 for this SUV, I was presented only one key. Apparently the dealership does conside key instead of the normal 2 keys. After paying more then $42,000 for this SUV, I was presented only one key. Apparently the dealership does consider this method of business as appropriate. I am truly disappointed. More

THANK YOU for the great buying experience. Staff was helpful, giving, knowledgeable, friendly and generous. I was disappointed that the car I bought definitely had a second key fob but they couldn't find it and despite my texts and in-person visit to ask about the fob, they neither found the key fob nor got back to me to say they were looking for it. It's a $300 thing. And, the "Needs Maintenance Soon" light came on after 1,000 miles of me driving the car, which seems to indicate the car's oil was not changed before giving it to me. I thought the service record implied the oil was changed, but I must be mistaken. No big deal. I could be wrong. When buying a car from a dealer rather than a private party, there is willingness to pay a little more for little amenities, and I feel they were provided to me (licensing, putting the plates on, coaching with driving a hybrid, setup with syncing my phone to the car's Bluetooth and taking time to answer questions). I want to fully insist, the staff is incredibly great, I will recommend Walser and I love, love, love the car they custom identified for me based on their awesome listening, experience, intelligence and going above and beyond expectations.
