I had an appointment for 12:40. Wasn’t helped until 12:55 even though I was the first car in the check in area. I never received a walk thru video from the tech. They greeted me very quickly and explained the issues, but I waited for my car for at least 20-30 minutes after they had finished service... Always professional, however, there are recommendations for the car I do not know if I should follow through. It depends upon the mechanic.
