Professional, not pushy, firm on prices, and great service. I bought a 2021 Sienna with 33K miles on it, along with an 8-year bumper-to-bumper extended warranty (or until the odometer reaches 100K service. Somehow, the electronic module got fried within 3 days of purchase! Walser Toyota provided me with a brand new RAV4 as a loaner and is expected to cover the cost of a local Airbnb while my car is being repaired ($75/night; $350/incident). My car was fixed in 2 days. More

The service person who helped me was great. He was friendly and quick to respond, and explained everything to me. The work done seems to have been of adequate quality as I have not had any problems driving the car. However, my vehicle came out of the shop with a much dirtier interior than it went in with. My vehicle is 11 years old with high mileage, so I’m not sure if they felt it didn’t deserve the care and respect of a newer vehicle or why it was released back to me so dirty, but there were black smudges all over the upholstery of the driver’s seat and left passenger seat, on the inside of the driver’s door, the steering wheel was sticky with dirt/grease, and the floor was covered in black. I had pillows in the back that were also smudged with black and were brand new before this. I keep my vehicle very clean, detailing it once per year, and it was very disappointing to see how it was handled by the service people. It would have been very easy to cover the seats and floor with a protective cloth to prevent this and to wipe down the steering wheel. Very disappointed. More
