Salesman was knowledgeable and professional as well as good natured. The manager was frustrated when he had to process paperwork for my lease return vehicle for warranty work that was covered under a Wals good natured. Strongly said that no discounts would be given for a return customer since the company had to absorb the repairs- eventhough the insurance policy was paid for. More
Very nice facility and the staff at the desk is good. The waiting room is comfortable and there is coffee and water for the customers. The bathroom is also very nice. Patti was busy with a lot of customers. She was a bit crabby. She had me sign the wrong like on my trade in car title. Then Abel took over and he was great. Well it took two hours to change oil, inspect and rotate tires with an appointment. Otherwise it was fine. Luckily we brought our bikes and went on a ride.
