Tom Kennedy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went over all our options very thoroughly to make sure we were making the best decision for our family. We love the Highlander we decided on. I feel I was misled in the description of the prepaid maintenance plan I bought, 5 oil changes during 2 years. I agreed to it when told it was for 3 years, but the document makes clear it is for 2 years. maintenance plan I bought, 5 oil changes during 2 years. Great sales staff. Was very thorough and tried to help me and my son pick out a car that was best for him. Sales staff was honest and provided professional service. I'm told I should get them despite the fact that most tire maintenance when I'm being asked to decide what tires I want. I had not come in for tires. I'm told I should get them despite the fact that most tires last more than 50K -- this of course was not information I had or was even offered. When I contacted the dealership through its website chat to complain about the focus on selling instead of listening to me, I was sent a canned sales response trying to sell me more stuff instead of responding to my concern. They are focused on maximizing what they can sell. Hold on to your wallet, or better yet go somewhere else for routine maintenance. More
