I feel like they do a good job and are very trustworthy here, but even with making an appointment, an oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour and 40 minutes. They said they were swamped. Isn't that what a here, but even with making an appointment, an oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour and 40 minutes. They said they were swamped. Isn't that what appointments are for? To manage inflow of service requests. Time is valuable to most people and to not respect that is disappointing. Never received the inspection video either as I have in the past for every service appointment. More
Sales man was very nice. Bought a use 2018 Sequoia. Test drived it, everything was good. No dash warning lights of anysort. Day that I went to pick it up, see a tire pressure Bought a use 2018 Sequoia. Test drived it, everything was good. No dash warning lights of anysort. Day that I went to pick it up, see a tire pressure light on start up at the dealer. Went to inspect the tires. See a big gash on the right driver side tire. Contacted salesman, and he told me to bring it back to service and he'll have his manager look at it. They couldn't find a replacement. Told me it should be fine driving it home, but just don't drive too much on it. They'll find a resolution for it. Day 2 nevered heard back from them. Have to spend my own money to buy a new set of tires. Tire tech found two tires with punctures in it. Kind of bad when you're as big as walser and claim to be one of the best dealers in MN, but just try to ignore the situation. Just be careful when buying used vehicles from them. I guess they careless about customer safety after they get your money! More
Should have provide an alert to all of the construction and that there was only one way to get there. Took 2hrs when I was told one to one and a quarter hrs. Car was sitting there waiting for parts to in and that there was only one way to get there. Took 2hrs when I was told one to one and a quarter hrs. Car was sitting there waiting for parts to input whatever. Next day tire light was on. They obviously did check tire pressure. It was a routine oil change and tire rotation. Oh but you’ll be glad to hear they tried to sell be a bunch of crap. Dealership first, right!! More
I made a last minute appointment for a slow tire leak so I was happy to get in. It seemed like the appointment took longer than necessary, but again I was able to get in at the last minute. Alo the repair I was happy to get in. It seemed like the appointment took longer than necessary, but again I was able to get in at the last minute. Alo the repair struck me as inordinately expensive. I have no actual complaint. Overall I'm happy with the service and dealership. More
