Worst experience buying a car that I have ever had. First, I had to wait 6 weeks to even test drive it. Then, we were only allowed to drive it down residential streets (probably to hide the LOUD wind n First, I had to wait 6 weeks to even test drive it. Then, we were only allowed to drive it down residential streets (probably to hide the LOUD wind noise when going above 50). We liked the way it drove and the features seemed ok so we purchased it. On the day of purchase, Walser tried to have someone set up my Android phone to pair with the vehicle. They tried for 30 minutes and could not figure it out. It will only connect for phone so I am not able to use music or the navigation features. Once we purchased, we drove it home and noticed the noise, so loud that two different passengers noticed it enough to comment on it. We brought it to the dealership a few days later only to be told that is normal for that car. I also decided that there were a few features that I didn't think were important but once I got the car, they annoyed me so much that I need those features. The rearview mirror doesn't have a button for the garage door, but there is no other place to attach a garage door opener to the car. The wireless charging didn't seem important until the charge ports are in a place where the cords tangle with the gear shift all the time. I determined that I wanted to return it and assess my options at that point. When I said that I would like to return the car, I was told I was one day too late and there was nothing they could do. One day, on a brand new car. So they put me in touch with Adam the sales manager, I showed up with my wife and he pointed us to a table, no introduction, no hello, no nothing. He then walked about 20 ft away from us and talked/joked with his coworkers for 15 minutes. It could have been longer, I am not sure, we got up and left at 15 minutes of no contact. I had previously bought a Subaru from a different Walser and wasn't super happy but I thought I would give Walser another shot. That was a mistake. Now I am stuck with a $40,000 car that I hate. More
