I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. After six months, I returned for an oil change, and the technicians informed me that the brakes had failed the recommended safety test. This means the vehicle was sold to me with brakes already below the standard safety level. I brought this to their attention, expecting them to address the issue. However, they refused to fix it unless I paid the full cost, claiming I should continue driving the vehicle until the brakes were completely worn out. That response was both disappointing and concerning. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They’re friendly and accommodating when trying to make a sale, but once they have your money, they become dismissive and unhelpful More
