Purchased a used Ford F150. Within an hour of leaving the dealership the transmission started slipping. Returned the truck the next day. My salesman Lance Needham was great. After returning the truck I was dealing with Sales Manager Adam who has the worst customer service skills that I have ever come across. Because of Adam I will do everything I can to make sure everyone I know never deals business with this dealership. It took Adam 6 days to return my money after several failed promises. 16 days after returning the truck I’m still waiting on a $60 check and only got word that check has been sent because I contacted the dealership General Manager. More
