Despite being presented evidence to the contrary, they were convinced oil in the engine compartment was from a sloppy oil change. Another customer told me she brought a similar make vehicle in 5 times for an oil leak and was told she didn’t have one. They believed her after the car catastrophically blew out 8 qts of oil. If I didn’t pay $35 for a brake inspection and I guessed wrong on which brakes were squealing they said the tech would remove and replace perfectly good brake pads. $1000 for a brake flush, rear brakes, an oil change, 2 light bulbs, and terrible customer service. It started from the moment of drop off and lasted throughout the entire service experience. His attitude makes me never want to return -- for service or to purchase my next Subaru from them. He is not an asset, but a distinct liability. More
