I am always told that you will do a "car wash" but that hasn't happened the last 2 times I have had service...it does matter! Stop sending emails with a 'code number'...I have NOT asked for it. Service rep (Katelyn) was excellent. Nice job explaining why various service items were needed and helped me with a coupon for a service bundle that made it more affordable. I was able schedule an appointment quickly, and take care of my concerns. The service videos have been very informative and helpful, since service can be expensive, so giving customers as much information of my concerns. The service was good but the administration is not the greatest. My old 2015 Outback is still on the system so I made an oil change appt for the 2015 car instead of the 2023. I don't understand why you can't put current car on one screen and all other "past" vehicles on another area of your database. It would be more user friendly for the customer. I also bought 6 oil changes and tire rotations that is good for 4 years. This was not in the data base. I had a gut feeling this would happen so I took a picture for proof that I had this. Good thing I did. At checkout they had trouble applying an oil change and rotation. I requested that I need a print out to reflect that I now have 5 remaining oil change and rotations left. Took them 5 minutes for them to do this. Now every time I need to use and apply my oil change rotation package; I have to bring my print proof with me. It would be nice that I can "trust" that Walser could keep this information on file accurately. More
