However, during this visit there was a snafu with scheduling, plus turned out maintenance related to a particular service interval was missed at a v However, during this visit there was a snafu with scheduling, plus turned out maintenance related to a particular service interval was missed at a visit 30,000 miles ago and only brought to my attention at this visit, there was a pricing error on the invoice, and the inspection report was missing at check-out. Then, three days after my service event, I received a phone call that the part needed for my vehicle repair had arrived, which turned out to be an error (hopefully). The person I worked with during my service was very courteous, and he helped iron out all of the problems that I encountered. Thus, I would still return to this dealer for service. More
