I did not feel like a valued customer. I arrived at the time of my appointment. All desk personnel were busy and no one acknowledged me or others that arrived. After about 10 minutes I was I arrived at the time of my appointment. All desk personnel were busy and no one acknowledged me or others that arrived. After about 10 minutes I was told they would be with me soon. When I made it to the desk and presented the paperwork from my auto repair station stating they had run the codes and said paperwork showed where the issue was. I was then told they had to run their own codes as these were from a third party. This was from a very reputable station that has been in business for many years. I then was told to head to the waiting room. 2 hours later I was told that after running the codes that indeed was the problem. I was then charged another 109.00 to be told what I had told them when I arrived 2 hours earlier. Because I had a warranty the fix was covered but I had a 100.00 deductible. My over all experience was less than satisfactory. Very unfriendly staff and unacceptable customer service. When I called to make the appointment I was told 1-1.5 hour as I had to wait. My appointment was to be at 3 so I took off work early to be on time only to wait 1/2 hour to even get checked in to start waiting. I left there at 5:30. I had somewhere to be by 6 More

I’ve been coming to this dealer for car leases and maintenance for years, and I am always pleased with the service and amenities (I look forward to their coffee and lattes every time!).
