I brought my vehicle in after 3 days because my headlight went out. I had noticed a creaking sound 2 days after purchasing the vehicle and just asked if they could check the breaks considering I had not had went out. I had noticed a creaking sound 2 days after purchasing the vehicle and just asked if they could check the breaks considering I had not had the vehicle for more than a week. They said the breaks were fine and I trusted them originally. After 2 more weeks the creaking continued so I had my own mechanic inspect the vehicle. He found that the front rotors and break pads needed to be replaced with one of the rotors being terribly damaged. Then the other headlight went out. Highly doubt they fully inspect the vehicle considering I was lied to about the breaks. When I called to speak to a manager to get it fixed I was put on hold all three time for more than 2 hours. I didn’t get help until I called back. When they replaced the breaks I had an appointment set for 11… I waited 6 hours before they finished my car and was late to work. Terrible dealership. More

We trust and respect the Walser service team. Our 180,000-mile service appointment in March 2024 was no exception. Service advisor JP always puts the customer first. Kudos to Andrew, our service technician this time, who did an excellent job finding and fixing the source of a troubling steel-on-steel "explosion" every time we started the car. He discovered an extremely loose (nearly falling out!) front engine-mount bolt. We appreciate the video he provided to show the source of the trouble and what he did to fix it. Some techs might rush through such an explanation. Andrew took his time and provided a clear, steady video. Well done! Thank you. More
