My problems have nothing to do with the staff I didn't receive a complete copy of the invoice due to computers being down. I expected that it would be e-mailed to me, however, I have not seen anything ye receive a complete copy of the invoice due to computers being down. Maintenance was to be on a walk-in basis only. I arrived there and they told me I had to have an appointment. Computers were down. An unexpected busted hose sent my 2013 Forester on a tow truck to Walser Subaru. They had me back up and running in 8 hours, a rapid turnaround time for a mechanical emergency.
