One of the best services offered at this service location is the technician working on the vehicle produces and provides a video of the car inspection. Really disappointed that they have gone to electronic scheduling. Can’t speak to anyone prior to my appointment. Also disappointed that we had a broken part on the car and asked them whether us was cover scheduling. Can’t speak to anyone prior to my appointment. Also disappointed that we had a broken part on the car and asked them whether us was covered under our bumper to bumper warranty through them and was told we had to call the warranty company ourselves to check on it and was given the number. Needless to say we left the dealership without it being fixed and will find somewhere else to get it fixed. More
