I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for them to tell me that my Forrester needed to be serviced for my AC but they couldn't fix it due to their systems being down. Apparently, it takes nearly two and a half just to diagnose a problem? That was on a Thursday. It is currently Tuesday and no one has called me to reschedule my appointment to get my AC fixed. More
My problems have nothing to do with the staff I didn't receive a complete copy of the invoice due to computers being down. I expected that it would be e-mailed to me, however, I have not seen anything ye receive a complete copy of the invoice due to computers being down. Maintenance was to be on a walk-in basis only. I arrived there and they told me I had to have an appointment. Computers were down. An unexpected busted hose sent my 2013 Forester on a tow truck to Walser Subaru. They had me back up and running in 8 hours, a rapid turnaround time for a mechanical emergency. Kate walked me through the whole thing with informed detail, clearly explaining the needed repair and the charges, and keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair throughout the day.
