Did not receive any overview of inspection results, tire pressure, battery check etc. Usually get a video summary but did not. Service desk seemed scattered and disorganized. Always good work except for my last oil change when the technician forgot to replace a cap somewhere inside, underneath the engine. I had an oil leak and had to return to the service center. Of course, th technician forgot to replace a cap somewhere inside, underneath the engine. I had an oil leak and had to return to the service center. Of course, they didn't charge me, and it was a quick fix, but inconvenient. Not workmanship I'd expect from them. But one incident in all the time I've had my car serviced, I forgive them. More
