The service experience was solid. However, I've recently come from Walser Honda and their video and review of the report was a little more thorough. I like knowing what is coming up for maintenance so I can budget ahead. I also think their report was in color so easier to see which things are currently in the yellow zone. At Subaru, they just said everything looked good and sent me on my way, so just a little more review time and this will be a five star next time. More

The wait time was no longer than anticipated, and when it became obvious that a loaner car would be required that was arranged for quickly and with flexibility on the return. More
