Worst experience of my life. Service overshot quote by 20% and there was nothing significant as far as extra time or parts that justified the difference. Tried to get someone to take me seriously and sell me a car. Never heard back. Came in to try again and complain. That did no good. Then I was sold a car that didn’t even come with the accessories as advertised. Worst experience ever. Then after I couldn’t get anyone to sell me a car my engine blew up in the meantime. Through all of this they in no way took care of me. More

Bought a new Outback from Walser Subaru Burnsville last week. We've never had such an easy and pleasant experience buying a vehicle. Having an appointment doesn’t matter. Waited 4 hours for diagnostics, the last hour of that was after I had received a video outlining recommendations. Prices were a little higher than other dealers, but they had the car I wanted plus they offered about $2000 more on trade than other dealers. I had already searched for a few weeks, and knew what my options were and narrowed down to 3 specific late model cars that were exactly the same at other dealers, with big difference in prices. Walser had the highest price, but the best trade in price and lowest miles locally. The math made my decision for me. If I was willing to travel elsewhere, I could have saved about $2000, but I chose the lazy way out. The system Walser used annoyed me but the people were very good. Four out of 5 stars. More
