Bought a new STI from them and my salesman was very helpful and let me test drive an expensive vehicle even though I'm 18. Process was seamless and employees are kind. helpful and let me test drive an expensive vehicle even though I'm 18. Process was seamless and employees are kind. More

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! A good experience that went BAD VERY FAST! I bought a fully loaded 2017 Volvo S60 about 2 weeks ago, Found the ad on Cars.com ~ listing all of the many amenities including remote s VERY FAST! I bought a fully loaded 2017 Volvo S60 about 2 weeks ago, Found the ad on Cars.com ~ listing all of the many amenities including remote start. While shopping for a car, there were specific things I would not budge on. Color and it had to have an automatic start. AND I KNOW IT LISTED IT HAD ONE! I got it home and the next morning I went to start it from my kitchen. Wouldn't work. I looked up if I was doing it right...Still wouldn't work. I finally realized it doesn't have automatic start. I contacted the dealer and they first tried to ignore me by not responding to me emails. My sales person told me that the ad is gone now so there's no way to prove it. I asked to communicate with the manager. Didn't hear back for OVER A WEEK until last night. I got a snarky voicemail from a manager out in IOWA... laughing, mocking me and assuring I am wrong and he trusts my sales person over me. I am outraged. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! Now if that doesn't sound bad enough, I clearly remember my sales person and I talking about the car after I test drove it and another sales person walked over telling me how cool the car was. Said it has massage seats (I've never even heard of that in a car) ...A: I don't care about massage seats. BUT B. Shocker, It actually doesn't have massage seats. SO the fact that I was told that and it doesn't have them is ridiculous. whether I'd want them or not. My sales person also is denying that. I will be blowing up all of your social media, google business, every car website I can find, MY social media & anything else I can find to spread the word until this is resolved in one way or another. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Walser Subaru in South Saint Paul in May 2020 and it is now at Walser's Bloomington location getting a new water pump. During the inspection, the technici Subaru in South Saint Paul in May 2020 and it is now at Walser's Bloomington location getting a new water pump. During the inspection, the technician advised that my rear brake pads needed to be replaced. This came as a shock to me since I’ve only put 3,000 miles on the vehicle since I purchased it. I spoke with Harry, Walser's sales manager on duty, and he explained that there are other variables involved that could result in this abnormal wear on the brake pads – which I understand. However, I find it extremely hard to believe that a set of brake pads, that are found to be in good working order upon purchase, would go from acceptable to needing to be replaced after only 3,000 miles. I called my family mechanic and he agreed. He has never in his 20+ years of being in business seen brake pads going from 5 millimeters to needing to be replaced after only 3,000 miles. Due to this negative experience with Walser, I will never be purchasing another vehicle from them again. I also found it humorous that, on the back of their business card, written as one of their “CORE VALUES”, it states “Do the right thing. Nothing is worth compromising a relationship”. I think Harry might want to revise his business card. -Extremely unsatisfied customer More
