Showed up 2 hours early for my oil change and they graciously worked me in. Noticed a broken tail light - and had the part in stock to repair. All the while welcoming and knowledgeable. This was my first experience of buying from Subaru or owning a Subaru car and overall, it was good. The only reason it's not excellent is that I wish the salesman would've explained to me the process of owning a Subaru car and overall, it was good. The only reason it's not excellent is that I wish the salesman would've explained to me the process of buying from Subaru being different from any other dealers I've bought cars from in the past. I felt lost and I've asked so many questions because I didn't really know how the process works. I even apologize for asking too many questions but Calvin was so kind and patient to answer them as we move in to the next step. This is a different buying experience as I thought buyers could negotiate but everything is set as is. I didn't know that the buyer only works with one person throughout the transaction. At the end of the transaction, the sales manager doesn't even talk to you or not even give you a "Thank you" or "Congrats". Other than that, I like that I'm able to return to see Willy to go over the things I still need to know about my new Legacy & getting a gas card. More
