Maintenance was to be on a walk-in basis only. I arrived there and they told me I had to have an appointment. Computers were down. An unexpected busted hose sent my 2013 Forester on a tow truck to Walser Subaru. They had me back up and running in 8 hours, a rapid turnaround time for a mechanical emergency. Kate walked me through the wh truck to Walser Subaru. They had me back up and running in 8 hours, a rapid turnaround time for a mechanical emergency. Kate walked me through the whole thing with informed detail, clearly explaining the needed repair and the charges, and keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair throughout the day.
