Lengthy service time. 8:30 appointment time with my car released to me at 11:06am. Service was an oil change, add on was coolant flush. After add on locked in I was info 8:30 appointment time with my car released to me at 11:06am. Service was an oil change, add on was coolant flush. After add on locked in I was informed it would be an added on hour. Which turned into 2.5hrs. I asked about coupons and was not given a resolution. My family member received coupons via email that day. More
