I've had a few parts needing replacing on my car and JP in service has made sure to check if my car is covered under the warrantee and explained the entire process of what needed to be done, fixed and how in service has made sure to check if my car is covered under the warrantee and explained the entire process of what needed to be done, fixed and how it's done. He also asks me questions and sits with me to make sure I understand any issue or questions I have. I try to go to the service department when he is there, but all of the service reps are great. You get what you pay for with other repair shops, I trust the Subaru service department, plus it's their car, so they know it better then anybody. More

JP is an AWESOME service advisor. I live 4+ hours away, so I don't visit that often, but he always remembers me on sight and takes his time to address my current concerns. Worst experience of my life. Service overshot quote by 20% and there was nothing significant as far as extra time or parts that justified the difference. Tried to get someone to take me seriously and sell me a car. Never heard back. Came in to try again and complain. That did no good. Then I was sold a car that didn’t even come with the accessories as advertised. Worst experience ever. Then after I couldn’t get anyone to sell me a car my engine blew up in the meantime. Through all of this they in no way took care of me. More
