Lied about condition of breaks. Only two of 4 tires were replaced. Had been told they were all new tires and there was lots of life left on the breaks, both were lies. In and AWD car all tires should have been replaced. Should have looked closer to realize they are different tires in front than the back. But of course you take no accountability when I have a text of your sales guy saying plenty of life left in the breaks. Very disappointing and won’t ever shop at Walser again. Sad after this being my 5th purchase through Walser. Claimed that the first two break does you covered to be kind. Wrong. The first was covered by the manufacturer warranty; the second covered by the warranty I got with the vehicle. Then the shop for the third time to be told I needed new breaks & rotors - but I’d have to pay for it despite hardly having the car since I bought it. Which is exactly why I asked about the breaks before buying. Was lied to about condition for the sale and now I have to pay for your lies. More
Carlos at Burnsville Subaru was GREAT to work with! He was very attentive and didn't try to pressure me or anyone with me to make a decision about our purchase. However after leasing the vehicle the customer service was less than satisfactory. We had a couple malfunctions regarding residency information with my husband who is also on our lease and received a phone call from George who stated we running against time to have a document stating our permanent residency. This was the first phone call we had received in a couple weeks so we were unaware of the problem until last minute. We tried explaining the situation to him and asked questions to resolve the situation through different aspects and were met with rude and disrespectful commentary. Overall the experience at the dealership was great, but the communication and attitude from the staff member afterwards was not, leaving a bad taste in our mouths. We do LOVE our new Subaru though:) More
