Not sure even where to begin, as this was an extremely disappointing process and continues to be. I felt that I was not treated with respect (a young woman) when I had my father and brother along with disappointing process and continues to be. I felt that I was not treated with respect (a young woman) when I had my father and brother along with me at the dealership, even though I was purchasing the car for myself with no cosigner (just a few examples- answering my father's questions he asked after I did first, handing the paperwork to my father instead of me a few times, looking at my father only when speaking to us). We requested a print out of the quote at least three times while we were at the dealership with no luck. The process took extremely long (over 3 hours- we were there past close on a Friday even though we arrived at 3:30) with really no explanation at times, and then we were rushed through the paperwork (salesperson acted impatient, was whistling, kept looking away from the screen and back at it to see what we were reading, saying "click at the bottom to move on" mutliple times on each page even though we were still reading. I realize that we had requests and asked for pricing different ways (including trading in a car, financing, etc), but this was even after I had been communicating on the website, email, and via text with salespeople, and I felt that we could have been treated better instead of being told "well, we have to start the process all over- go back to the first screen" to show us the prices, only be offered water once when there was pop and snacks (and we actually purchased a car), being told that my trade in "was just going to sit on the lot and collect dust," etc- I could go on and on! The sales process was not easy at all (based on the above), and we had to lead the sales conversation it seemed instead of being asked if I was interested, which probably led to the length of the sale and mutual disastisfaction (had to ask about putting money down that day, I was never asked about license plates even though I did want custom plates- I called back right away at open the next morning and was told it was too late and I would have to resign the purchase agreement, etc). Finally when the transaction was done, we didn't get so much as a "congratulations" or "thank you" from the salesperson- one of the financing people did say "thank you for your business." We were told that all paperwork would be emailed to us- it never was. I had to grab the salesperson's business card as well, it seemed like he did not want to provide it. THEN, there was an issue with the HVAC that I noticed of course after purchase, which ended up being a mint stuck in the vent. The only good part was that the dealership did pay the service cost essentially with no questions (which led me to believe that they might have known about it prior to purchase anyways), but this was after I brought my car back in to the dealership and then to a Jeep warranty center, wasting hours of my time and driving around the Twin Cities. I would not recommend Walser, or this dealership, to anyone, and I will never buy a car from them ever again. I hesistated even writing a review because this experience has wasted so much of my time and energy and ruined what should have been at least an average experience for an exciting purchase. More

I purchased a vehicle from this car dealership. I put an application in for the vehicle that I was approved for I went to the car dealership and they completely put A completely different applicati I put an application in for the vehicle that I was approved for I went to the car dealership and they completely put A completely different application with a different application number for a different car so I arrived and the car that I wanted to get, they said that they were not gonna sell it to me because it was a demo version and they didn’t think that I should get that car because it was a demo and that the doors were being opened and closed and that people had touched it. I was then told that this was the application that I had put in and so I had to go to my phone to show them the screenshot of the application that I had put in and They said that the salesman who sold me the car had done this a couple of times and so it was really disappointing to receive a car that I was not expecting. only purchased it so i didn’t have to go back there again. Very disappointing to not get the vehicle i wanted just because they didn’t want to sell a demo model. More
