Friendly and efficient. Tires needed to be replaced. Technician noted apparently had not been rotated often enough. Brought 2019 Outback to Walser for routine maintenance and diagnostic on problematic infotainment system. Vehicle is out of warranty and I expected to be told the head unit would have to be replaced at my and diagnostic on problematic infotainment system. Vehicle is out of warranty and I expected to be told the head unit would have to be replaced at my expense -- up to $3000. Kate identified a warranty that I was not aware of that will replace it with no out of pocket cost. As has been my experience in the past, I can trust Walser to take care of their customers. More
