I brought my car in to get my summer tires put on and was told my wheel was bent which was causing the tire not to hold air and was referred to a wheel repair shop. This shop discovered that there was a nail told my wheel was bent which was causing the tire not to hold air and was referred to a wheel repair shop. This shop discovered that there was a nail in the tire and that was the cause of the tire leaking air, not the bent wheel. It would've been helpful if the Subaru tech discovered the nail as the cause of the leak and not the bend in the wheel. This would've saved me money and time. More

While I did get the vehicle that I wanted, it was the most frustrating, inconvenient, and time consuming process. I’ve had to go back to the dealership several times to finalize the sale and the inconven most frustrating, inconvenient, and time consuming process.
