The aggressive approach totally took the joy out of buying the car. I'm sure the person doing the hard sell on the extra service coverage was only doing what he was trained to do. But it felt like he was instilling fear and trying to upsell us. I hate that. This is my first Subaru and I am happy to spend my money with this company who's mission align with my worldview. Please tone down the hard sell of the various extended warrantees. It's a total buzz kill and feels gross. I do love my new (2022) car and hope to drive it as long a I did my 2009 Honda. More

Customer service at the service center is always wonderful. They are fast (I make an appointment online) and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and they have great coffee. Really disappointed that they have gone to electronic scheduling. Can’t speak to anyone prior to my appointment. Also disappointed that we had a broken part on the car and asked them whether us was cover scheduling. Can’t speak to anyone prior to my appointment. Also disappointed that we had a broken part on the car and asked them whether us was covered under our bumper to bumper warranty through them and was told we had to call the warranty company ourselves to check on it and was given the number. Needless to say we left the dealership without it being fixed and will find somewhere else to get it fixed. More
