The initial service was good and Abi was good to work with. I am happy with the car and trad in I received. The issue is that has not been addressed is that I bought a one year old electric car with 5,80 with. I am happy with the car and trad in I received. The issue is that has not been addressed is that I bought a one year old electric car with 5,800 miles on it. I drove it off the lot with 98 miles of range left on the battery, which I thought was not good service. When I got home, I discovered the charger did not work. It is now clear to me that when the lot tech plugged in the car, it never charged. Instead of addressing the issue, they sold me the car that way. On top of that, the solution I was provided was to go to the Chevy dealer for service. That is completely unacceptable and I will be leaving a review detailing this experience on Tuesday, August 6th. More
