This was my first experience of buying from Subaru or owning a Subaru car and overall, it was good. The only reason it's not excellent is that I wish the salesman would've explained to me the process of owning a Subaru car and overall, it was good. The only reason it's not excellent is that I wish the salesman would've explained to me the process of buying from Subaru being different from any other dealers I've bought cars from in the past. I felt lost and I've asked so many questions because I didn't really know how the process works. I even apologize for asking too many questions but Calvin was so kind and patient to answer them as we move in to the next step. This is a different buying experience as I thought buyers could negotiate but everything is set as is. I didn't know that the buyer only works with one person throughout the transaction. At the end of the transaction, the sales manager doesn't even talk to you or not even give you a "Thank you" or "Congrats". Other than that, I like that I'm able to return to see Willy to go over the things I still need to know about my new Legacy & getting a gas card. More

Calvin Vue did a great job in helping us buy a crosstrek with the safety packages we wanted. He was very accomodating to our needs. the managers were also very friendly and we appreciated no crosstrek with the safety packages we wanted. He was very accomodating to our needs. the managers were also very friendly and we appreciated no pressure to buy warranties and other things we did not want or need which occurred the last few times we purchased vehicles in other states. i was a little dissappointed in two things that Subaru did last time we purchased and not this time. 1. Filters, oil, and tire roatation was free for the first 3 years and that is know reduced to two visits. 2. The last Subaru we purchased I believe that the Cross Bars that came with the package we bought were instatlled when I went to pick up the car and that is apparently no longer done by the dealership for free. Still I love the service that Walser Subabru provided us the last 3 years and between that, the fact that I believe my Subaru Forrester saved me from serious injury when my car was totaled the other day, and Calvin Vue was really helpfuk in the purchase of our new Crosstrek will keep me a loyal Walser customer! More
