JP is an AWESOME service advisor. I live 4+ hours away, so I don't visit that often, but he always remembers me on sight and takes his time to address my current concerns. Worst experience of my life. Service overshot quote by 20% and there was nothing significant as far as extra time or parts that justified the difference. Tried to get someone to take me seriously and sell me a car. Never heard back. Came in to try again and complain. That did no good. Then I was sold a car that didn’t even come with the accessories as advertised. Worst experience ever. Then after I couldn’t get anyone to sell me a car my engine blew up in the meantime. Through all of this they in no way took care of me. More

Having an appointment doesn’t matter. Waited 4 hours for diagnostics, the last hour of that was after I had received a video outlining recommendations.
