Seamus respectfully helped clarify a concern I had regarding charges, something I had misinterpreted. The whole process worked very well and we are very pleased withthe experience. Walker has always been great however This last visit was frustrating. I have been having trouble with the sound system in my 2025 Soleterra. The tech (not the women with great customer service) told me to frustrating. I have been having trouble with the sound system in my 2025 Soleterra. The tech (not the women with great customer service) told me to go to Toyota to get it fixed! My Question is “Why should I be going to another dealer to fix my car covered by original the warranty?(Mileage is under 6000). Shouldn’t the dealer take care of this or make an appointment with Toyota so communication is clear? I’m embarrassed to go into a dealer selling a different make of cars! If I even try to do this myself, Toyota won’t do due diligence on a repair if they didn’t sell me the car! This is a set up for further frustration. Walser used to do much better in service. More

Once they get your money, GOOD LUCK trying to get anyone to respond to calls or emails with an issue. Brought the car to my local Subaru, turns out the oil change wasn’t done properly. And they took it upon themselves to deal with Walser so I wouldn’t have to. Maybe it’d be different buying new, but if they can’t do a simple oil change right, I’d stay well clear of purchasing anything used. More
