I brought my Impreza in for an airbag recall and it took over 5 hours to complete! I was not communicated with during the process either. I had to continue to ask what was taking so long. When asked for a loaner car they told me it was $50. There should be no charge for a rental car on a recall! Your car brand is having me bring my car in. Intimating I did! Also, Had they told me it was going to be that long would have taken one. Communication during the entire process was ridiculous and I will never bring my car back to be serviced here since my time is of no consideration to the techs. More

I took my car here for warranty work, later the same day I had an airbag light turn on. All my airbags became disabled. I took it back and they claim they had nothing to do with the issue, just a coincidenc I had an airbag light turn on. All my airbags became disabled. I took it back and they claim they had nothing to do with the issue, just a coincidence... I got the work done elsewhere and they told me the issue was very rare and seemed like water damage. I didn't spill anything in my car after Walser had possession of it. I believe someone at Walser spilled something, damaged the electronics, and refused to take accountability. Sure, I can't prove it, and that's why they won't take responsibility. They even charged me to diagnose the issue they likely caused. I would NEVER trust them with any of my vehicles again. More
