In a transaction over $30000 dollars this was unacceptable and I chose not to buy the car. Because I appreciated the salesperson Phuoc Nguyen, I went ahead with him and eventually made a different purchase. But I left with mixed feelings about Walser not being willing to provide a second key. This makes me unwilling to offer a five star rating. More
