Carlos our sales rep was not pushy at all and took the time to listen to our preferences and answer all of our questions. He was patient and understanding, making the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. The financing department with Emerson was also top-notch, working diligently to secure us a great rate on my loan. They were transparent about all the terms and made sure we understood everything before signing any paperwork. Overall, our experience was exceptional. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. Their professionalism, expertise, and customer service truly set them apart from other dealerships.
