Painless recall repairs I had been putting off a recall on my vehicle because I am busy and was assuming it would be a huge hassle. I was definitely wrong. I called the deale I had been putting off a recall on my vehicle because I am busy and was assuming it would be a huge hassle. I was definitely wrong. I called the dealer on a Wednesday and they were able to take my car that friday. I was informed of what needed to be done and was provided a loaner, which I ended up needing for a week while the repairs were done. All my visits to the dealer were quick and friendly. More

I got my same type of car as a rental and the service desk was super flexible, encouraging me to keep the car another day to avoid a hecktic Friday night errand. They even said I could come in with my dog if need be, which I thought was cool! Very different from my expirence at a local Ford dealership where I had to beg for a rental and was often left without a vehicle while my car was in the shop. Loving the Mazda expirence so far! Nice job :) More
