Never had an issue or complaint with the service department nor the sales the first time I purches my Mazda 3. Just needed an oil change and after having some issues on the vehicle found since the last one, had to make a decision on spending the money or just upgrading. From dealing with Tom (everyone in service is awesome but he is my favorite) to talking to Steve in sales and ending with Chris when picking the vehicle up I felt comfortable. At no time did I feel pressured to buy, and a "brand" new vehicle at that fact. I have dealt with Chevy and Ford dealerships in the area and the folks at this Mazda location have been far beyond great with their customer service. They treat you like a human rather than the next paycheck. I will definitely be continuing my business here. More

Nice dealership, but clients are treated as idiots I scheduled a routine oil change. After arriving into the service bay a service advisor approached me. He said a standard greeting and asked for my ca I scheduled a routine oil change. After arriving into the service bay a service advisor approached me. He said a standard greeting and asked for my car key. After he wrote down the VIN # of my car on a service tag he asked me to meet him by the desk. Since I purchased my car at the dealership, my VIN was already associated with my customer profile. He could have saved some time by actually checking this information. After locating his computer he accessed my customer profile and says, "Do you need a tire rotation today?" Nope. He didn't even bother noticing that I had winter tires on my car, which most people put on their cars in mid to late November. He then says, the oil change is $49.95. I responded, according to your website that's incorrect, $44.95. So, I got my phone out, opened the internet browser and went to the dealership website. After navigating to service I actually verified that it was $44.86. The advisor says, "Is that Walser's website? Or, Walser Mazda's website?" Actually it's Walser Polar Mazda's website. At that point, he lost my respect, by basically implying that I was an idiot. He then asks me if I can send him a image of the oil change price. It must have been too difficult for him to actually do this on his own or ask another person to perform this task. After agreeing to the service and going into the waiting area, I relaxed and waiting for the service to complete. About a 1/2 hour had passed and a different advisor approached me. He had the cabin air filter and engine air filter from my car in hand. He noted that they were dirty; which they were. Then he quoted the price to replace each. I may have heard wrong, but I heard $59.95 for the cabin filter and $69.95 for the engine air filter. Knowing that I can purchase filters at less than $20 per, I passed on the offer. Seriously! It takes less than 5 minutes to replace both filters. I brought in a different car to another service station and they quoted me $20 for the filter and change. I suppose that the new dealership needs to be paid for somehow, but I'll be looking for a privately owned service garage for future car services. More
