Bad service I bought my car (not a mazda) at the mazda dealership and brought it in for an ac fix per purchase agreement. When I arrive it was made pretty clear that people who had purchased a mazda were treated better than I was. No on showed me to the waiting room a got a nod of the head in the general direction of the writing room. Other people who arrived after me were shown to the waiting area. The people in the service center came out to talk about the repairs or to tell them that the car was almost done, when someone came to talk to me it was like it was an after thought. When my car was returned to the original area that I dropped it off in it took quite some time for someone to come tell me that it was done even thought I could see it. More

Quick and friendly service I had my car towed there as a battery cable had corroded through. James kept me informed on the whole process. He explained what the cost range could I had my car towed there as a battery cable had corroded through. James kept me informed on the whole process. He explained what the cost range could be from a partial cable replacement all the way to a whole harness replacement. Thankfully they were able to the lower end, and the final cost came out lower than expected. The job was also completed faster than was anticipated. Highly recommend. More

Frustrating It took 7 employees a month to figure what was "wrong with my car" - only to find out that they just didn't know how to use a Mazda factory remote st It took 7 employees a month to figure what was "wrong with my car" - only to find out that they just didn't know how to use a Mazda factory remote start...on a Mazda vehicle. One employee finally did some research and found out they'd just been doing it wrong the whole time. James was the one that finally figured it out. More
