Confusing Had a great conversation with the service manager who was able to clarify the process, but it was my first visit for service since purchasing my new M Had a great conversation with the service manager who was able to clarify the process, but it was my first visit for service since purchasing my new Mazda CX5 and the service person didn't have my complete work order in front if him, despite making the appt. A week in advance. I also wasn't given the full diagnosis of the issue bringing me in for service until I specifically asked the service manager at pick up. Needed parts weren't available at my appt necessitating an extra day without my car. More

Oil change Service was thorough and the guys wiped the car down after the car wash. With the cold weather this was appreciated. Thank you. above and beyond I went in for a diagnostic test on my cx5. Turns out is wasn’t a good thing but I had extended warranty and it was fixed all the guys I dealt with we I went in for a diagnostic test on my cx5.
