Happy Place Great service..friendly atmosphere..very professional. I love bringing my CX5 for maintenance. They wash and wipe down my car each time I bring it in for service..just drive in and drive out when work is completed. You can have coffee a snack or popcorn while waiting in a comfortable setting. Great First Experience I purchased my vehicle, used, through another dealer, but it still had the remainder of a new vehicle warranty through Mazda. Even though this vehicle I purchased my vehicle, used, through another dealer, but it still had the remainder of a new vehicle warranty through Mazda. Even though this vehicle was not purchased through Walser, the service department had no issues taking a look and performing service in a timely manner with courtesy and care. This was a great first experience that will have me coming back! More
No appointment, fast and helpful. I had no appointment so I had to wait 15 minutes to get maintenance service. I thought it would take longer as it was Saturday morning. The service employee was very friendly, looked at my file and immediately called me by my name. He was clear with all that was going to be done to my car. I think the price was above market average but it’s Mazda official service so Im confident Im paying for the best quality and service. More

Broke down on 494 at 1030pm. My car broke down super late on Tuesday and it took me forever to get my car towed in Wednesday. Service was completed in a timely manner. My wife brought my daughters car in for the airbag recall, which was completed within the time frame she needed. They provided a loaner car for her to use while they performed the recall. The two issues were when the service advisor asked my wife if she knew how to use push button start, and the free courtesy check performed on the car. The way she was asked if she knew how to use the push button start made her feel as if she was being talked down to. The tire pressure they said they set the tires to was the incorrect pressure for the vehicle, then when I checked the tires to set them correctly they weren't even set to what they said they had set them to. Never worried about great service! Battery in my 3 died. Thought it was bad. Service Mgr.Tom Nelson is always on top of things. After it was clear the charging test was taking longer than expected, Tom gave me a prompt update and offered to get me a ride or loaner. Being on my lunch hour I appreciated the fact my time was considered as like Doctor offfices, I hate feeling held hostage with no end in site. Tom called me when he promised and he suggested I keep the loaner overnight just to make sure my battery that was charged didn’t lose any juice. He followed up the next morning to assure me it started in the -5 degree temperature so all should be good. He also assured me to keep in touch in case I noticed any tough starts. Keeping commitments, following through and going above and beyond is what I always expect but rarely see. Tom and Walser are a class act. Can’t wait to get another Mazda some day. When I go to Toyota, I feel like part of a herd, while at Walser I feel like a King. Thanks again!! You proved it just takes some old fashioned caring to make a customer feel good about a repair. More
