The best thing about a repair place is when they are honest about what needs to be done without upselling unnecessary repairs. These guys are the best about telling you what needs fixing and what can wait. I trust them when they tell me what's going on with my car, and that is the highest praise. They are good with loaners too when necessary, although their new showroom is a nice place to wait while repairs are being done. More

Overall it was very good. Getting that curtesy car at no charge is a big plus. Unfortunatley half way home the tire pressure alarm went off and I had to return to Polar Mazda to have it reset. James Glomstad does a great job of checking in my car, answering my technical questions and getting the curtesy car. I will schedule future service work with him. More
