I would give 5 stars if my my concerns were met the first time I called however it took 3 attempts before anyone would take my issue seriously. (My car was brand new off the lot and 3 days old when I noticed time I called however it took 3 attempts before anyone would take my issue seriously. The last checkup they ran said I needed windshield wipers but nothing about a battery- and then when I tried to start the car about a eeek later the battery was dead.
