I think the service is good. What I’m not too happy about is the communication between the rep I was working with and me. I was told my car would be ready the following Monday du What I’m not too happy about is the communication between the rep I was working with and me. I was told my car would be ready the following Monday due to a part being ordered but in fact, it was done on Friday. I never got a phone call saying so (he said he called me twice) and so I could have picked up my vehicle that day. I was waiting to hear back on Monday and still never received a call. I ended up calling him back mid day on Monday. Was I ever going to get a call? I could have gone all week not having my car. Anyhow, it seems to me that there was certainly a lack of communication and responsibility on this. He did tell me there was something wrong with the phone’s which could be true but if so, get your phones fixed? Not a good experience overall about the communication. Good service as far as the car goes. More
