Luckily I was trying to stop at a stop sign on a side street and not on a highway at high speeds. A mechanic friend of mine was able to help me buy the necessary bolts and install the brake assembly so I could get my car home and back to the shop. James Glomstad was the person I dealt with in the service to check my vehicle in - he was awesome to work with and did everything in his power to make the situation as right as it could be. Walser replaced the rims that were gouged due to the brake assembly coming off the rotar and getting wedged in between the rotar and the rim. They also tried to figure out why my engine light goes on and off depending on the outdoor temperature. Unfortunately they didn't have the correct equipment for my vehicle and the light hasn't come back on so that problem was not corrected. To make matters even worse, a person from Walser sent me an email offering to upgrade my vehicle but then they found out that the air bag had been deployed back in 2012 and Walser has a policy not to take in vehicles where the airbag has been deployed. The ironic part is that I bought the vehicle from Polar Mazda before Walser acquired this dealership. In the end, it's obvious that Walser doesn't support all of the customers they've "acquired". More
