Only had car serviced twice so far since buying it. But the first time I brought my key fob because since the day I bought my car, both of them were showing low battery. So I had to make another trip which is about 25 miles one way from my house because the technician didn’t do it the first time yet I was charged. Not a good first experience. More

People are courteous. I had tire that had a leak, yet I could get free repairs at Costco. Also, bottled water was provided while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. This is convenient so that I do not need to always remember to bring my own water. More
