I have a nine year old car and appreciate that they were able to resolve the problem with the screen when I brought it in for the repair. Salesperson was rude when asking questions. She was rude when we wanted to go to the bank to get a check for the amount of the vehicle. Overall we were not happy with the salesperson who helped She was rude when we wanted to go to the bank to get a check for the amount of the vehicle. Overall we were not happy with the salesperson who helped us. Also the bait and switch on the vehicle price was ridiculous. We saw the car for $1000 less on Thursday and made an appointment for Monday to come purchase the car. When we got there we were told that the price was now $1000 more. Really poor customer service. Definitely will not be recommending this dealership to any family or friends. More
