The service was good but the communication was bad. The advisor was supposed to call and give an update knowing I needed an update by a certain time but never did until much later. We brought our vehicle in for evaluation and service, but the technicians could not recreate the reported issue. Instead of throwing parts and money at the vehicle, they recommended that we return if/when th the technicians could not recreate the reported issue.
