Went for oil change - I told them I did not have my cell phone and would be waiting - they said about an hour and if longer would come get me / had no idea but it was 2 hours 15 minutes later they came and phone and would be waiting - they said about an hour and if longer would come get me / had no idea but it was 2 hours 15 minutes later they came and got me - no clocks so I didn't know how much time had passed - all in all okay but then they asked if I watched the video and saw the recs for work - again no phone so I said no - they kindly showed me but I could hardly hear what the tech was saying - attendant wasn't super knowledgeable about timing of routine maintajnence but a colleague helped answer my questions - now picked up my car and the cabin fan is super loud - so now will have to go back in to address this. The whole day was very unexpectedly long with poor communication - obviously thankful the car was fixed but frustrating now I have a new problem that you probably are going to charge me for More
