Walser Polar Mazda provides a relaxed no pressure buying experience. Justin and Rebecca allowed my wife and I several test drives in two different vehicles which helped us to make the correct choice. Ok, I gave 4 stars because the 1st time I went to see a car here it was already sold....lack of communication in house. But the 2nd time I went here it was great and I bought the car I had searched for mon car here it was already sold....lack of communication in house. But the 2nd time I went here it was great and I bought the car I had searched for months for! The sales associate was great and it ended up being a very relaxed and painless experience! I will refer others to this dealership and return myself! Thanks guys! More

Only had car serviced twice so far since buying it. But the first time I brought my key fob because since the day I bought my car, both of them were showing low battery. Well I left after getting car s But the first time I brought my key fob because since the day I bought my car, both of them were showing low battery. Well I left after getting car serviced and key fob STILL showed low battery. So I had to make another trip which is about 25 miles one way from my house because the technician didn’t do it the first time yet I was charged. Not a good first experience. More
