Brought my car in 10 days ago replace the exhaust valve afterwards the car had a very strong chemical smell brought it back. They smelled the smell said they couldn’t find the problem yet. I was charged $2 afterwards the car had a very strong chemical smell brought it back. They smelled the smell said they couldn’t find the problem yet. I was charged $230 for no resolution! AND I already paid and had it in 10 days ago! When I had it in 10 days ago was told warranty wouldn’t pay it all, I had to pay an extra $100 on top of the $100 deductible. Called warranty and they said they DID approve ALL of it!!! Robert claimed to have argued with warranty to pay the extra $100, warranty said that never happened! Seems very scammy! Just like charging me AGAIN, acknowledging the issue of the smell is left, yet no resolution! Especially since I was told need to bring it in, smell could be toxic! NOT HAPPT AT ALL! More
