Our experience at Walser Polar Mazda in White Bear Lake was amazing. As busy as our lives are I had an idea of what we were looking for but living one and a half hours away. We told her what style, size, and needs were, and within thirty minutes we had an email showing ten vehicles. We narrowed it down to three and our number one pic she brought to White Bear Lake. We purchased that vehicle and have no complaints at all . We will highly recommend this dealership. More

I bought my car at Walser Mazda and everything about the experience was wonderful. My service visits for oil changes have been completed quickly and the car washed. Just two days ago I bought a new smart ph experience was wonderful. My service visits for oil changes have been completed quickly and the car washed. Just two days ago I bought a new smart phone and was having trouble pairing it to my Mazda CX 50. I called Alex, my extraordinary sales rep and he said he was available. I drove right over and he took care of pairing the phone and then helped me with questions I had about the entertainment system. A truly full service operation. More

I have historically been very pleased with this dealership and their Service Center. Unfortunately they have decided to use a call center approach and AI to schedule which does not allow for perso dealership and their Service Center. Unfortunately they have decided to use a call center approach and AI to schedule which does not allow for personal needs. Also, my last visit they "recommended" that I replace my Spark Plugs at 40000. Manual says 65000. I trusted the recommendation but realized I spent around $500 unnecessarily on getting the plugs replaced prematurely. Finally, they attempted to charge me for the "free" oil change that I had informed the call center representative as well as service department prior to my visit. So despite specifically scheduling for this free oil change, they "forgot" and had to reinvestigate. They in the end honored the "free" oil change. (Part of a package of protection that I had paid for, so actually not free). More
